Do Not Worry About Loneliness Times
Care nothing about the silence that comes with loneliness. Technology helps to connect us but it makes being alone difficult. Do not worry or fear your thoughts which are just your imagination nothing else.solitude can make you more self-sufficient, add to your confidence, and help you get to know yourself a lot better. When nobody else distracts us, we have the opportunity to become introspective. Enjoy thoughts and loneliness, and this help to enhance your productivity in the most positive manner. Stay happy alone, and that is the quality of that keep pushing to do more useful tasks.Nevertheless, if you engage in introspection productively, you can wind up feeling better rather than worse. Spend a little time considering the positive actions you took in a given day or week or month. Depending on others too much can lead to people who do not learn the life skills necessary to function effectively on their own. When analyzing personal weaknesses, think about how you may improve. Being by ourselves removes the biases that others may introduce into our opinions and influence your decisions.
The expectation is the root of all heartache
The world owes nothing to you. While expecting something from someone, just give it a little thought that what you desire from others, are you yourself able to deliver it when expected from you?If your answer is still ‘yes I can’, then you should be grateful for the ability you have been blessed with. If a person wants something that person needs to earn it by its own effort. Whatever you want to expect from others, expect it from yourself instead of them. Don’t depend on people for your happiness. Don’t consider yourself as a helpless or powerless.Love yourself as much as you expect from them. Do not expect you deserve to get anything without efforts like lazy people. If you want to get rid of the habit of keeping high expectations, you can start doing good secretly, so that no one is aware of your good deed and you will not be looking forward to a response. It can be donating some amount to the charity, at religious places or old homes. When you release expectations, you are free to enjoy things for what they are instead of what you think they should be. Always remember that things and the world are perfect. Nothing needs to change. If something needs to change then it is your perception only. You have the capability to earn and get everything you want, and that is something that helps you to achieve great success in your life.
Do Not Show Impatience
Be patient for results. Impatient for the process. Everyone is likely to become impatient on occasion. But there may be serious consequences when bouts of impatience are an everyday occurrence. It does not matter what you are doing, and you do not expect a result in a non-practical way. Nothing comes instantly. When you do the exercise, you should expect results in few weeks or months. In business, expect to result in few months, and same goes on in every area of life. Impatience will cost you money, friendships, pain, and suffering or any number of consequences simply because impatience is often followed by bad decisions or bad choices.
No pain, No gain 🙂

I am a big fan of your blog, some of the points made in this post really ring true to me. Believing in and trusting yourself is a really surprising way of controlling feelings of loneliness.
I would love it if you would take part in the Three days, three quotes challenge https://lessthanaverage.blog/2018/04/16/three-days-three-quotes-day-three/

Excellent post. I have always found that ‘expectation of others’ is the biggest annoyance – now l ‘expect’ nothing, and if something unexpected turns up – well that’s a bonus 🙂
