Declutter Yourself

The world is full of stresses and worries. The noise of negative self-talking 24X7 and imitating each other’s lifestyle like monkeys; that we must all endure inflicts upon us a mind full of clutter and chaos. Everyone is busy in collecting useless things to show off. These unnecessary things create clutter in your house and life and the thoughts of imitation of someone else’s life create garbage in mind.

How do you declutter a mind? The mind isn’t like an inbox, that can be sorted through. The more things you collected in life, the more garbage created in life and house. Similarly the more you try to compete with your friends, relatives or anyone else you stuck in life and thinking always how can I do this? How can I achieve those things? Whenever your one desire accomplish you run for another one. This makes your mind full of garbage, only useless thoughts. It affects the productivity of yourself, the quality of life. Suppose you go to eat pizza in pizza hut because you love its taste but instead of enjoying it completely started taking a picture and uploading on social media so that you can make your friends jealous. This becomes a chain then the other person do something else to make you more jealous and the life goes on and mind is filling with none sense thoughts. God gives us the life to enjoy it not for being a monkey who imitate each other. The fewer things you need at home and life, the mind becomes free from the chain of thoughts

So how do we begin decluttering? It’s actually not difficult if you give a little thought: simplifying shouldn’t be made complex.

Little things that can make a big difference, especially when used in combination. Choose a few to try out, and see if they work for you.

1.Focus on Breathe: It is simple and effective. Take a few deep breaths, and then for a few minutes, just focus on your breathing. Concentrate on your breathing as it comes into your body, and then as it goes out. It has a calming effect, especially if you continue to return your focus to your breath when your mind strays. It also allows other thoughts to just float away.

2. Write all things. If you have a bunch of things on your mind, bring them on paper and free your mind. This keeps your head from being filled with everything you need to do and remember.

3. What is essential: if you want to declutter, the first step is to identify what is most important in your life, and what’s most important for you to focus on right now. Make a short list for each of these things.

4. Eliminate: Now identify what’s not essential. What things in your life important to you? What are you thinking about right now? It helps in many of these things as possible, you can get a bunch of junk off your mind.

So do not stick with things in life.Stop proving anything to others and start improving yourself. Start living a happy life.Less needy is equal to less greedy.Save only what you need, love and use in your life.
