Power of Thinking Twice!!

Moon Harmonization

The Moon, along with the Sun, represents the most important planet in astrology.

If the Sun is the heavenly Father, then the Moon is the Mother.

She is the luminary of the night and is associated with the feminine principle of creation.

The moon in the human horoscope is responsible for:

  • mind and emotions
  • perception of the world, psychological characteristics, and character,
  • sociality, the ability to care, give support, and experience empathy,
  • imagination, desires, and passions of the mind,
  • happiness and joy of life,
  • intuition
  • mother and relationship with her,
  • nutrition and health,
  • circulatory system and heart.

The defeat of the Moon in the horoscope gives the following problems:

  • restless, agitated mind, fears, and emotional imbalances,
  • lack of a sense of security, a state of loneliness and sadness,
  • difficulties in personal relationships and problems in social contacts,
  • inharmonious relationship with the mother (lack of her care or, conversely, excessive guardianship, control, and violation of personal boundaries),
  • lack of happiness, feeling of depression, depression, nervous disorders,
  • disruptions in sleep and nutrition, as well as with women’s health,
  • problems with the circulatory system and weakness of the heart.

If you have a weakness or defeat of the Moon in your horoscope, use the following recommendations:

Harmonizing relationship with mother

The practices presented below work directly with your psyche, help to restore, first of all, inner harmony, create the right attitude to the situation,

lay positive attitudes

, which ultimately manifests itself in the form of real changes in life: both in relations with your mother and in other areas.

For practices to give results, it is necessary to approach them seriously, to do the work consciously and deeply, not once, but over some time (the recommended duration, which gives a tangible result of working out, is

40 days

).

Practices for developing relationships with parents on

Mother Earth

A very important understanding for any woman is that her primary mother is the Earth.

If you have a negative experience with your mother in your life and it is really little you can do to change the external interaction, then it is so important for you to restore maternal energy through the Great Mother.

Just start building an inner understanding of Mother Earth in your life.

Who is she?

Do you eat her “milk”—grains and vegetables—every day?

Do you feel her support as you step on her feet?

Can you hear it through the birdsong and the rustling of the leaves?

Start noticing nature, studying it, feeling it… Gradually this knowledge will be integrated into you.

Restoring your deep connection to the Earth means healing your fears.

Your body always feels the Earth, and receives important information from it, it is a part of the Earth, created from its resources.

Reconnecting with the Earth means reconnecting with your body.

This is a great, spiritual healing process.

It means to feel once and for all loved by the Great Mother.

Do this meditation

to start the healing process

Silence of the mind

Happiness is a natural state of our Soul.

However, in our life we have a lot to do with our mind, which is so restless, full of fears, pulling us from side to side, throwing up an endless stream of ideas, desires, and also reactions that make us experience suffering.

In Buddhism and Yoga, you will find so many teachings and practices about the stillness of the mind – and these are not some miracles for monks and hermits living in caves, this is our right and our opportunity to be more aware, feel deeper, be wiser and know That which lies under a layer of thoughts.

Start

a regular practice

with the meditations on

.

To be quiet means to be able to hear, it means to have a choice – to react blindly or to act wisely.

It means to find support in yourself, and not in what is impermanent.

Breathing is the basis of life

The moon is associated with such vital processes as

nutrition and breathing

.

Therefore, in the event of the defeat of the Moon in the horoscope, they can be disturbed in a person’s life: there is an imbalance in nutrition, bad eating habits, and the breathing process and its quality are also disturbed.

All this leads to deterioration of health and mental state.

It is known that

breathing is directly related to the human nervous system and mind

.

If you are excited and agitated, then your breathing quickens and becomes shallow, but if you are at rest, then the process of breathing is deeper.

You may also notice how breathing reflects emotions: for example, you take a quick breath with a sound when you are surprised, or a heavy exit when you are sad.

Breathing is also associated with life energy, called

prana

in yoga.

Ancient oriental medicines such as Ayurveda and Chinese medicine place great importance on the quality of breath for human health.

.

The existence of such a

the connection between breath and consciousness

, we can work with the breath to harmonize the nervous system and states of mind, as well as to enrich the body with vital energy and improve health.

For this, there is an ancient yogic system of breathing exercises – pranayama

> Below I give the basic

pranayamas “Anuloma-Viloma” and “Bramari”

, recommended to all people who have disorders in the nervous or emotional system, as well as health problems and loss of strength.

Do them regularly, at least 15 minutes a day – in the morning or in the evening, before going to bed.

Pranayama “Anuloma-Viloma”:

  • Sit in a comfortable position with a straight back, close your eyes, focus on your body, breathe and relax as much as possible.
  • Place the index and middle fingers of the right hand on the point between the eyebrows (ajna chakra), while the thumb and ring fingers will pinch the nostrils during pranayama.
  • Close the right nostril with your thumb and take a slow deep breath through the left for 4 counts.
  • After the end of the inhalation, in addition to the right, close the left nostril with the ring finger (nose is pinched) and hold the breath for 4 counts.
  • Then release the right nostril, remove your thumb and exhale through it for 8 counts. Immediately after exhaling through the same right nostril, inhale for 4 counts, close both nostrils, holding for 4 counts, and then lowering your finger from the left nostril, exhale through it for 8 counts. The cycle is done.
  • The result was a scheme 4 (inhale) – 4 (delay) – 8 (exhale) for each nostril. Repeat at least 20 such cycles.

Pranayama “Bramari”

  • Sit in a comfortable position with a straight back, close your eyes, focus on your body, and breathing, and relax as much as possible
  • Plug your ears with your index fingers
  • Take a deep, calm breath in through your nose and as you exhale make a long humming sound through your nose “mmmm”
  • After exhaling completely, inhale again and repeat
  • Focus all your attention on the sensations inside the body, on the sound and vibration from it.

Spiritual practices

If the Vedic tradition is close to you, then you can perform the traditional measures for correcting the Moon – regular

reading of mantras

Mantras are read on a rosary of 108 beads aloud or silently – daily throughout your practice (for example, 40 days) or for the Moon on Monday.

It is also auspicious to read mantras for the Moon on the full moon, looking at the night star and mentally connecting with its light.

Moon mantras:

Om Cham Chandraya Namaha

Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudeva

The Moon is the Great Mother

She is the embodiment of care and compassion, as well as pure, unconditional love.

These qualities inherent in the highest states of consciousness transmit to us images of female deities that have existed in all spiritual traditions of our planet since ancient times.

Therefore, to harmonize with the Moon, it is very favorable to worship the Great Mother in a way that is close and understandable to you.

Shakti, Durga, Tara, Pachamama, Mother of God, Orthodox female saints, etc.

Put the image on your altar or in your room, and turn to the Mother with your favorite prayer or words from the heart.

Lifestyle advice

  • Interact with water

Water is the source of life, our body is 80% water.

The Moon in astrology controls the element of water, creates the ebb and flow of the ocean, as well as juices in plants and fluids in organisms.

Therefore, it is so important for people with an affected Moon to start consuming enough clean water (1.5-2.5 liters per day, not counting tea and drinks).

It is very good to infuse water with silver, structure it and purify it with intention (especially if you drink city tap water).

If the Moon is weak in your horoscope, start taking regular baths, swimming in a pool or pond, and putting a pot of water in your workspace.

  • Follow the cycles of the moon

The phases of the moon have a huge impact on the human psyche, especially on a woman.

The stronger and more sensitive the Moon is in your horoscope, the more important it is for you to plan your life in accordance with the cycles of the Moon.

The new moon is the beginning of the lunar month when there are few internal forces and energies, but when it is favorable to lay intentions and write plans for the coming month.

The full moon is a powerful time when emotions are stronger and more sensitive and when it is auspicious to do spiritual practices.

The phase of the waning moon is the time of purification, and completion of affairs.

The phase of the growing moon is favorable for new beginnings and creativity.

  • Follow the routine of the day

The Sun and Moon teach us an important rule – to live according to the rhythms of nature: sleep at night and stay awake during the day.

Modern rhythms of life greatly disrupt the daily routine, and for people with an affected Moon in the horoscope, this has a strong impact on the health of the body and psyche.

Try to bring your daily routine to harmonize with your moon.

The optimal time for going to bed is 22:00.

  1. A simple but truly empowering tip… Man forgets that he is, by nature, a creature of haste, always rushing.
This 3 second rule really forces us to focus on “the now/tge present moment” before taking a decision.

    Brilliant post 👌

  2. Great point!

I love the statement, “…temptation is only a suggestion.” It’s a powerful thought!
Indeed, by using the the 3-second rule, I have the time to quickly evaluate if the “suggestion” is worth reacting to.

Thank you for this great post!
