Mutual receptions in astrology – substitution of concepts
Planets in each other’s signs are called mutual reception.
Mutual receptions according to the signs of the monastery have an oddity – it is as if a person is being replaced: he is temporarily turned off and a pure function is launched. It’s like you’ve separated the wheat from the chaff. Some kind of spirit, deity, egregor, angel, or demon begins to control a person. And it can give this essence available beyond the ability for some time, but it’s too early to rejoice because it also pushes you to engage in outright devilry.
The more such receptions according to the signs of the monastery, the less human and the more something of high or low vibrations in a person. All world elites have enough such receptions.
For example, when there is a reception with Mercury or Proserpina, a person seems to turn into a robot, into an answering machine, he does everything according to Mercury so clearly, but so calmly that it becomes a little scary. But if the Sun or the Moon is in reception, then the person turns into one continuous emotion – fear, love, courage, such a pure spirit.
Is the recipient aware of this? Doubtful.
He simply temporarily gives himself to someone for use and “observes”, thinking that he is doing it himself.
This effect is created by the reception with the luminaries, Mars / Pluto, and Venus. The remaining planets are more concerned with external interactions, rather than personal feelings and substitutions, which will be discussed below.
On a more material plane, the reception works like this:
One planet is realized at the expense of another, enters the monastery, and becomes the mistress according to its principles. Moreover, the reception creates a fork – you can find yourself on one path, then on the other.
For example, a luminary in Capricorn in mutual reception with Saturn in Cancer = due to Saturn (the state, authorities, authoritative friends), a person gets (for a while) a chance to expand his housing opportunities, improve his lifestyle, travel more, become more popular (luminary in the monastery).
Or at some point, at the expense of the Sun (his popularity, jewelry, family, life, the names of the Solnts, images of the symbols of the Sun), he has the opportunity to become Saturn in the monastery = boss, director, leader, controller. And both of these functions are the pure quintessence of their principle, their deity, allowing herself to create whatever she wants.
This is just the substitution of concepts
If you realize one planet, then a priori I realize another, although I did not plan to do this. For example, Mars is in mutual reception with Proserpina, and when a person said something, promised, discussed, then a priori he already did it, it seems to him that everything has already happened or should happen by itself. Perhaps this will happen without his participation, if he has a strong team to which you delegate or the forces behind you.
Elon Musk is a person with the reception Moon = Mercury: he invented, and wrote (Mercury) and it immediately became the center of attention (Moon). But a simple person with the reception of Mercury = Mars, having promised (Mercury), did not do anything (Mars). Or, on the contrary, if he did (Mars), but believes that you already a priori know about it (Mercury), that is, it is not necessary to tell you about what was done, you can guess for yourself. Of course, at best it happens, but more often than not. Then there is conflict.
Speaking literally, reception is when in some life situations you can be temporarily replaced by the planet participating in the reception. For example, if a teacher has a reception of Mercury = Venus, then his students temporarily replace him, they speak in his words and on his behalf.

Thank you for sharing these reminders. ~ Blessings, KK

A commendable list. They strike me as “reflex” emotions or thoughts – things we think or feel instinctively as normal reactions to situations. We have to learn to catch ourselves thinking or feeling that way and learn to set aside or climb out of that.

I love this its amazing. I used to say yes to everything because I didn’t want to disappoint anyone and then I finally realized that the only person who’s overloaded with work is me that was like a wake up call for me. It made me focus on myself first and then help others it also made me realize that it’s okay to say no if I want to.
