Hard Work Is Cause to failure

Be able to pat yourself on the back at the end of every day. By doing so, you also set yourself up for finding, within your company or somewhere else, a job you will enjoy more.

And you may discover, as you focus on doing it better, that some of the irritants of your job become more rewarding. Afraid of being stuck in the same job for life? Don’t worry. Individuals who emphasize the positive and rewarding aspects of their job, don’t stay in unpleasant jobs that long. They get promoted or use their positive record to get a more fulfilling job.

So, paraphrasing a verse Stephen Stills penned,

If you can’t be in the job you love…
Love the job you’re in (or the way you do it)

It will make EVERY JOB much more enjoyable and rewarding.

But what about Passion….Love of Life? Is that dependent on finding a job you love? No.

We all need to love life to fully benefit from it. But which parts of our lives generate that ardor, will vary from person to person, and over time. Someone who is passionate about their job is not necessarily about living their life anymore or less fully than someone who is passionate about their family. All the work you love like some game like cricket, if you offered to play at the ground at noon under sunlight still you love to play instead of your job which you do at air-conditioned cabin.its because you enjoy cricket not your job. If you want success in your life start enjoying whatever you do or else do whatever you love to do. When You love whatever you do for the money you will enjoy it and give your 100% and success is guaranteed. But on the other hand, if you doing something under Pressure you will never succeed for sure.

Other than your job, what is your passion in life? Do you love to learn, or teach, or write? Are you fervent about cooking, sports, cars, or clothes? Do you have a wonderful friend, lover, or a family that you adore?

I will explain this through a famous story in which some doing work for money and some did work for enjoyment.

The Pipe Line story about two friends, faced with a business challenge, and their different approaches to that challenge.

The business challenge was getting water from the top of a mountain to the village down below. Anyone to do that would be compensated for their work.

One friend took the traditional route to solve the problem.

He worked hard.

He carried bucket after bucket, made trip after trip, and earned his keep.

So he started working harder.

He worked long hours.

He used larger buckets.

And he earned more money as a result.

The other friend, after also taking the traditional approach for a while, decided to stop and think about how he could be more effective.

He decided to build a pipeline.

His work took much longer. His income reduced greatly, as much of his time was spent building this pipeline. (Which wasn’t bringing any water, so far, to the village. And thus, wasn’t earning him any income.)

Everyone called him crazy. Even his friend with the buckets.

Two years later, the pipeline started to work. Water started to flow. And so did his income.

He was able to stop working, but have money coming into him every day.

While his friend with the buckets was stuck with his job… and stuck with no income if he stopped working.

This metaphor describes the traditional 9-to-5 employee, versus the entrepreneur that builds a system which can generate income.

When you started loving the work you did, the work becomes enjoyment, No hard work exist then. Similarly, If you do what you love it is fun for you not work anymore you can give 100% of yourself without counting hours like the person who never loves his job always want to go home and watch TV, he/she just waiting for 6 pm or whatever time he/she can leave office. On the other hand a person who loves singing/dancing/acting or anything which he/she loves, never count hours for practicing or working as a professional reason is not more money reason is love for passion only,and when you started to love your passion and trying to improve day by day in one thing money will automatically comes to you but reason is to set one goal at one time until unless you succeed.
